Lawyer services and prices

The law firm can assist you with obtaining necessary documents from various governmental or municipal institutions. Services may be provided electronically or in person. We offer representation before nearly any institution, potentially saving you significant time by submitting and receiving documents electronically using a qualified electronic signature where possible. In some cases, a power of attorney is not required.

A non-exhaustive list of the services we offer is provided below:

Electronically Performed Services (Legal Services):

  • Issuance of property or building sketches from the Cadastre (Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre) – 50 BGN (no power of attorney required);
  • Issuance of a property diagram from the Cadastre – 50 BGN (no power of attorney required);
  • Registration of changes in the Cadastre (e.g., recording ownership, recording ideal shares, square footage, intended use, etc.) – 50 BGN
  • Property information from the Cadastre (e.g., registered ownership, size, intended use, etc.) – 20 BGN (no power of attorney required);
  • Personal inquiry in the Property Register (Registry Agency) – 20 BGN (no power of attorney required);
  • Property inquiry in the Property Register – 20 BGN (no power of attorney required);
  • Issuance of a copy of a notarial deed, registered foreclosure, or registered court claim from the Property Register – 30 BGN (no power of attorney required);
  • Issuance of a tax valuation for real estate – 100 BGN;
  • Issuance of a certificate from the Marital Property Register – 30 BGN (no power of attorney required);

Services Performed On-Site with Visits to the Relevant Institutions:

  • Issuance of a certified copy of a notarial deed or other ownership document from the Property Register – 100 BGN;
  • Issuance of an uncertified copy of a notarial deed or other ownership document from the archives of the Property Register – 100 BGN (no power of attorney required);
  • Inquiry into active enforcement cases from the Central Debtors Registry – 80 BGN; fee to the private bailiff – 24 BGN;

Note: For the requested service, an additional fee to the respective institution is required, which is not included in the listed prices. Fees vary depending on the type of service (regular or expedited), and the method of document delivery.
